Take the lead

- Direct structural design and assurance for steel, concrete and hybrid structures.
- Review, verify and approve calculations, reports, specifications and design deliverables.
- Enforce compliance with legislation, codes, standards and project requirements.
- Develop engineers, allocate resources and support project schedules and budgets.
- Advance engineering standards and deliver practical, constructable solutions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical issues with clients and vendors.

Bring your expertise





- Bachelor of Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia.
- 15+ years’ structural design and project delivery experience in mining, minerals processing, resources or heavy industry.
- Proven leadership as a Discipline Manager or Principal Engineer, with robust team development capability.
- Advanced structural design knowledge and practical command of industry standards and codes.
- Proven proficiency in Space Gass and Strand7—essential.
- Strong planning, stakeholder communication and ability to translate client requirements into engineering outcomes.
