This is an opportunity for an experienced transactional finance professional to step into a hands-on supervisory role where your technical expertise and leadership will have a visible impact.

Your new role
As the APS6 AP/AR Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of key transactional finance activities while supporting and guiding a small team.You’ll balance day-to-day delivery with reconciliations, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising AP and AR processing and coordinating team workloads
- Reviewing transactions, payment runs and ledger accuracy
- Completing month-end and complex account reconciliations
- Supporting GST reconciliations and quarterly BAS preparation
- Using TechnologyOne to process, verify and reconcile financial transactions
- Resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting process improvements across transactional finance

What you'll need to succeed

- Must be Australian citizen with Baseline security clearance




- This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on technically while also supporting others to deliver.
- You’ll bring demonstrated AP/AR or transactional finance experience, strong reconciliation skills and confidence working with financial management systems.
- Experience with TechnologyOne will be highly regarded, alongside previous experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating the work of a small finance team.
- You’ll also need strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.
