Hays is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Digital Officer to support the ongoing delivery, improvement and administration of its digital platforms and systems.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across digital platforms, websites, CRM systems, data, analytics and digital projects.

Your new role
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will support the implementation, integration and ongoing operation of key digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Administer and support websites, CMS, CRM and other digital platforms
- Troubleshoot CMS, CRM, workflow, configuration and data issues
- Configure forms, workflows, dashboards, permissions and platform settings
- Support digital system implementations, integrations and enhancements
- Assist with data cleansing, migration, validation and reconciliation
- Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing
- Develop digital reports, dashboards and data visualisations
- Monitor website, CRM, campaign and digital channel performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, ICT teams, agencies and external suppliers
- Maintain digital platform documentation, processes and procedures
- Support website content, email marketing, digital campaigns and paid search activity
- Contribute to ongoing digital platform and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring hands-on experience working with digital platforms and confidence in operating across both technical and business-facing activities.
Ideally,



you will have:

- Experience administering websites, CMS and CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, accessibility and digital content standards
- Experience troubleshooting digital platform and data issues
- Exposure to system integrations, implementation or enhancement projects
- Experience with data cleansing, mapping, migration and testing
- Strong reporting, dashboard and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities with robust attention to detail
- Experience with stakeholder management platforms would be advantageous
