Seeking an SME Insurance Broker to join a global client of ours.
You will manage the internal broking lifecycle for a portfolio of SME commercial accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and external account executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SME renewals, quotations, and policy adjustments end-to-end.
- Build trusted client relationships and tailor commercial insurance cover.
- Negotiate terms and premiums with a panel of leading insurers.
- Ensure strict adherence to Tier 1 compliance, policy documentation, and quality standards.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in general insurance broking, specifically handling SME commercial accounts.
- Mandatory Tier 1 compliance (e.g., RG146 / Tier 1 qualification).
- Solid product knowledge across commercial lines (Property, Liability, etc.).
- Robust communication, negotiation, and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
