The Role
- Advise on complex commercial litigation, regulatory proceedings, investigations, arbitrations and class actions for a diverse range of clients.
- Work on cross-border disputes involving financial institutions, multinational corporations, private equity firms, funds and prominent individuals.
- Collaborate closely with litigation, transactional and advisory teams to help clients manage risk and achieve commercial outcomes.
About You
- You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, with exposure to contentious regulatory matters, investigations or class actions highly regarded.
- You bring strong analytical, organisational and matter management skills, together with excellent academic credentials and technical legal ability.
- You are a collaborative and commercially minded lawyer who enjoys client engagement, business development, mentoring junior lawyers and ongoing professional development.
