Role: Facilities Manager
Location: Adelaide
Package: $120k inclusive of super

The Role:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to be based at one of our client shopping centres in Adelaide.
You will report into the centre manager and be responsible for the performance and project delivery of the asset.
Roles and responsibilities:

- Manage hard and soft services of the centre
- Manage subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections
- Manage tenant relationships by promoting strong customer service skills
- Provide technical guidance across the centre
- Manage all BM responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and WHS legislation
- Responsible for all annual fire safety statements
- Own end-to-end tenancy coordination for the asset
- Lead planning and delivery of capital projects across the asset

We are looking for candidates with the following skills & experience:

- Experienced facilities manager, ideally with retail experience
- Ability to be on site 5 days per week
- Strong contractor and tenant relationship skills
- Solid technical and compliance knowledge
