An established and highly regarded property development and construction business is delivering a significant high-rise residential development on the Gold Coast.With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering premium developments, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a key leadership role on a major project currently underway.
Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the construction programme and critical sequencing of works
- Manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, plant and materials
- Identify and resolve programme, design and construction issues
- Oversee QA, ITPs, inspections and defect management
- Ensure WHS requirements are maintained across the project
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality
- Lead and mentor Administrators, Supervisors and the wider site team
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong experience delivering large-scale concrete structures
- Exposure across structure, façade, services, fit-out and completion
- Excellent programming and construction sequencing capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage large subcontractor teams
- Strong knowledge of WHS, QA and construction compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact programme
- A solid track record delivering high-quality residential projects
