About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pest & Termite Technician to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Based in the Burleigh area, you will deliver pest management services to residential and commercial customers throughout the Gold Coast and surrounding service areas. You will be responsible for providing reliable, professional service while identifying opportunities for additional work and preparing quotes where appropriate.

This is a customer-facing, hands-on role that offers a competitive hourly rate,



additional commission potential and the flexibility to take on Saturday overtime if you wish to increase your earnings.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering professional pest management services across the designated service areas

- Providing termite and timber pest-related services within the scope of your qualifications and licence

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service

- Communicating clearly with customers and providing appropriate service recommendations

- Identifying opportunities for additional services and quoting upsell work

- Building positive, professional relationships with customers

- Managing daily appointments and service requirements efficiently

- Maintaining company equipment and the assigned vehicle in good working order

- Following relevant workplace health and safety procedures and industry requirements

You will be supported with a fully equipped company vehicle and the essential tools needed to perform your role.

About You

You are a reliable, professional technician who takes pride in delivering quality work. You communicate well with customers, work effectively as part of a team and are comfortable managing your responsibilities independently.

Essential Requirements

- Current Queensland Pest Management Licence

- Current Queensland Timber Pest Licence

- Current manual driver's licence

- Willingness to obtain a New South Wales Pest Management Licence

- Honest, hardworking and punctual

- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team

- Commitment to safe work practices and professional service delivery

Previous experience in pest and termite management, together with confidence identifying additional service opportunities and preparing quotes, will be highly regarded.
