Factory Operator / Assembly Worker

Location: Condell Park, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

RPR Trades is seeking a reliable and hands-on Factory Operator / Assembly Worker to join a busy manufacturing team based in Condell Park.

This role involves assembling products, operating machinery and cutting equipment, and measuring and cutting materials to specification. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting daily production requirements while ensuring all products meet quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical hands-on skills, a strong work ethic and an interest in manufacturing to secure a permanent, full time position.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions.

- Operate machinery and cutting equipment, including saws, safely and efficiently.

- Measure, mark and cut materials accurately to required dimensions.

- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and production tasks.

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

- Handle materials and move stock around the factory as required.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.





- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production deadlines are met.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, assembly or a similar hands-on role.

- Experience using hand and power tools.

- Confidence measuring, marking and cutting materials accurately.

- The ability to operate machinery safely or a willingness to learn.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
