About the Role

Are you a technically minded person who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and being part of a high-performing team? We are looking for an all-rounder Service Technician who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work directly with customers, perform technical service and repair work, and pitch in wherever needed to help the branch succeed.

You’ll be responsible for providing quality service, maintenance, repair, and technical support to our customers. You’ll also play an important role in supporting workshop, warehouse, and branch activities to ensure we deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with tools.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Technical Support

- Deliver professional and responsive service to customers.
- Inspect, repair, assemble, test, and maintain products and equipment.
- Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and technical expertise.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide recommendations on products and services.
- Identify opportunities to add value for customers and support business growth.

Branch & Operational Support

- Assist with warehouse, workshop, and branch activities as required.
- Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch products.
- Support stock management and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected work environment.
- Help team members during busy periods to ensure customer commitments are met.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the branch.

Safety & Quality

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Complete required paperwork and service reports accurately.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in valuable condition.
- Actively promote a safe workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a technical, mechanical, hydraulic, industrial, maintenance, or service-related role.
- A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
- MUST be residential living in Port Hedland (No FIFO)
