️ Opportunity: Not every forklift operator is cut out for this one. We're after someone who handles valuable materials and equipment with precision, confidence and total control. You'll move steel around the yard, load and unload trucks, and keep the workshop supplied. Smooth manoeuvres, accurate positioning and a solid safety mindset are essential.
Experience: Current forklift licence and exceptional practical operating skills. You know your machine, judge clearances accurately and manoeuvre confidently without putting people, stock or equipment at risk. Steel, manufacturing or warehouse experience is an advantage, but outstanding forklift ability comes first.
Benefits: $35/hr | Temp-to-perm pathway | Optional OT | Monthly BBQs. Once permanent, you'll be eligible for a yearly bonus and annual CPI-linked pay increases.
