1. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Client: ANZ

Location: Melbourne (Support NZ timezone)

Experience: 8 yrs

Contract rate: 600 per day

- Skilled Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer.

- Methodologies: Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches.

- DevOps Standards: Knowledge on DevOps tools and standards.

- Core Passions: Passionate about secure coding practices, Software Engineering, contact centre migration and API Based applications support.

- Compliance: Focus on compliance frameworks and standards.

- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).

- Domain Knowledge: Experience with contact centre technologies (IVR, ACD, CTI, call routing, workforce management).

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- CI/CD & Tooling: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codefresh), JIRA, ServiceNow & Qliksense.

- Observability: Knowledge of monitoring and alerting (observability).

- SRE Principles: Familiarity with incident management and SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs).
