We’re now recruiting enthusiastic, customer-focused Warehouse & Sales Team Members to support our team through the upcoming festive season.
About the Role
Our seasonal opportunities commence from early November 2026 through to the end of January 2027, with start dates varying based on operational needs and peak trading periods.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy a mix of hands-on warehouse work and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support stock movements, help customers find the right products and ensure orders are ready for collection.
To support our peak trading period, you will need to be available to work at least three days per week, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Boxing Day sales period.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, unpacking and storing incoming stock.
- Picking and preparing customer orders, including Click & Collect.
- Assisting customers with collecting and loading their purchases.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays.
- Welcoming customers and recommending products based on their needs.
- Demonstrating products and explaining their features and benefits.
- Supporting sales targets and point of sale operations.
- Helping keep the warehouse and store clean, organised and safe.
- Following secure manual handling procedures.
About You
You’re approachable, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. You bring energy to a busy retail and warehouse environment and are happy to help wherever needed.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- An interest in camping, 4WD or outdoor products.
- A willingness to learn our product range and warehouse processes.
- The ability to safely perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Attention to detail when handling stock and preparing customer orders.
- A can-do attitude.
- Good availability throughout the peak trading period, including at least one weekend day.
