About the role

We're looking for a friendly, resilient and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment and can confidently adapt when no two days look the same. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors and prospective customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the village. This permanent full-time role offers a consistent weekly roster (Monday – Thursday and Sunday) and a varied mix of front desk customer service, administration and operational support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the friendly face of the village front desk, creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist residents and visitors with enquiries, information and support.
- Manage administration, documentation and customer records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support room inspections and resident arrivals and departures.
- Navigate unexpected situations with professionalism, initiative and sound judgement.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the village by supporting the wider team as needed.

Skills And Experiences

About You

- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, accommodation or administration role.
- Friendly,



approachable and confident communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to remain calm and skilled during busy periods, including managing high volumes of face-to-face enquiries.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Quick to learn new systems and technology.
- Resilient, proactive and adaptable, with a practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Please note: Availability the last week of December and first week of January is essential.
