Primary Title: QA and Continuous Improvement Intern (Engineering)
About the Opportunity A hands-on role in the advanced manufacturing and operational excellence sector, supporting on-site QA & continuous improvement across production, quality and supply chain functions in Australia. This internship exposes you to lean transformation, data-driven process improvement and Kaizen-led project delivery within a rapid-paced engineering environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analysing process data to identify waste and performance gaps.
- Develop process maps and value stream maps to document current-state workflows and propose targeted improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing Kaizen events, 5S implementations and pilot improvements on the shop floor.
