La Louisiane is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH Lead Section Waiter roles in Adelaide. Approximately 20-30 hours per week with growth opportunities as we open Louis' Brasserie & Guesthouse in early 2027.
You will manage a section, deliver table-side service, know the menu and dietary needs, hit spend per head targets, serve wine, and keep the venue presented to standard. A positive attitude and experience in quick-paced hospitality are essential.
