MADEC Australia is seeking a senior wellbeing services leader to drive the development, delivery and continuous improvement of wellbeing and counselling services across multiple regions. The role focuses on building a contemporary service model, solid clinical governance and sustainable financial performance.
Reporting to the General Manager - Employment Services, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with regional leaders, manage budgets and partnerships, and oversee quality, access
