Richemont Australia is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Optimization Specialist on a fixed-term contract to enhance Kronos configurations, improve data integrity and documentation, and strengthen compliance across Australian and New Zealand operations.

You will drive end-to-end WFM enhancements, train users, and partner with HRIS to ensure robust processes. The role covers Australia and Current Zealand, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and risk reduction.
