Bodalla Dairy Cheese Factory on the South Coast of Recent South Wales is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily dairy manufacturing across cheddar, milk, yoghurt and ice cream lines. You will coordinate production schedules, materials, staffing and equipment to deliver safe, quality products on time.

Reporting to the owners, you’ll drive continuous improvement, oversee food safety, maintain recipes and standards, and lead a small production team on-site at Bodalla.
