About the Role
As our Room Leader, you'll play an important role in creating a nurturing, engaging and safe learning setting while leading and supporting your team of educators.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
- Ability to mentor, guide and motivate fellow educators
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to grow
- Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and high-quality education and care
