Westmead Hospital, part of Western Sydney Local Health District, is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 to deliver high-level psychosocial care within the Cancer and Chronic Care Team. You will support complex patients and families, lead clinical practice and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team across Oncology, Palliative Care, Haematology and other specialties, with opportunities for education, supervision and research involvement.
