Kings Park Tavern, part of the Marlow Hotel Group, requires a capable Head Chef for our kitchen brigade. The hotel provides full facilities including Food, Beverage, Bottle shop, TAB, and VIP Gaming Lounge.

The successful candidate will lead the kitchen, train staff, and oversee menu planning, stock control, and compliance while delivering exceptional casual dining experiences. Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is required; this is a permanent salary position with around 45 hours
