I’m currently recruiting for multiple paediatric Speech Pathologist roles across North or South East Melbourne . Opportunities with flexible work models to suit different stages of your career.

These roles sit within supportive, multidisciplinary teams working with children and families across clinic, community, schools and telehealth . Caseloads range from early intervention through to more complex presentations, with strong emphasis on clinical quality, manageable expectations, and long-term clinician wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking for robust supervision, a well-supported transition into paediatrics, or an opportunity to step into a senior or mentoring pathway, there are several options available.

The Role's

- Work with paediatric clients across clinic, community, school and telehealth settings
- Deliver assessments, therapy planning and goal-focused intervention
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams including OT, Psychology and allied health clinicians
- Manage a varied caseload with strong clinical support and flexibility around workload
