Superior People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for a leading international compressor specialist in Melbourne. You will drive revenue across equipment, parts, wholesale, hire and service, and manage quotations while leveraging CRM to streamline customer interactions.

Minimum 3 years in industrial or technical sales is required, with a proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver strong customer outcomes in a team-oriented branch team.
