Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ member team in a high-volume store setting across frontline operations and stock management. You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, ensuring Best Experience, safety, and optimal pricing across departments.

You will oversee duty-manager responsibilities, weekend rosters, and collaboration with Merchandising, Health & Safety and Store Leadership teams to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
