Redlands is seeking an accomplished major gifts fundraiser to manage a portfolio of 70–100 donors, develop tailored engagement strategies and move opportunities through cultivation to stewardship. You will lead donor meetings, drive engagement, and secure significant gifts.
You will represent Redlands Giving at events, build a culture of philanthropy across the community, and work with internal teams to maximise impact across facilities, programs and scholarships.
