The Commonwealth Bank Alice Springs branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team on a full time basis. Rostered hours are 38 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, so reliability and consistency are essential.
In this role you will build relationships, guide customers in using in-branch technology and digital banking, handle transactional needs, perform Financial Health Checks, and refer more complex needs to specialists.
