About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, quick-thinking Junior Sales & Office Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our Lane Cove West office.

This is a dynamic, dual-focus position: you will run day-to-day office logistics while spearheading direct customer enquiries and order management for our growing New Zealand market. If you want a role where no two days are the same and you can build real commercial business experience, this is it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Office & Reception Frontline: Answer incoming phone calls, welcome visitors, sign for inbound stock, arrange courier pickups, and track critical shipments.

Showroom & Sample Room Management: Maintain an organised, up-to-date sample room; log items, track inventory, and assemble curated sample packs for clients.

Sales Support: Work closely with our Australian account managers to help track jobs, prepare product quotes, and support general sales administration.

New Zealand Account Management:



Serve as the primary internal contact for our NZ client base—responding to product enquiries, consulting on merchandise options, producing quotes, and managing the end-to-end job process through production and delivery.

Agility & Quick Thinking: You can digest lots of product specs and pricing details quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and stay calm under pressure.

Customer Focus: Clear, confident phone manner and sharp written communication. You enjoy helping people find solutions.

Organisation: High attention to detail with the discipline to juggle multiple moving parts without missing a deadline.

Drive & Attitude: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or office administration is an advantage, but not required . We care far more about work ethic, reliability, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn.
