Seedlings & Co in Queensland is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to co-lead our kindergarten room with another ECT. You will share planning, thinking and celebrate wins to ensure every child receives the best of both of you.

The role invites experienced educators who embrace child-led projects, nature play and unhurried learning. You will document growth, connect with families and support children with diverse needs in a bush-kindy inspired setting.
