South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Lead Finance professional to oversee GEMCO's finance function, ensuring financial discipline and sustainable value creation within a large, listed mining setting.

The role reports to the Manager Commercial and duties include budgeting, forecasts, cost insights, CAPEX advice, and coordinating with JV partners while building finance capability across the operation. FIFO from Cairns or Darwin on a 4:3 roster.
