The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the people and workforce strategy during a period of transformation and fiscal pressure. You will bring strategic leadership to deliver workforce capability and contemporary practices across courts, tribunals and justice services.

Reporting to the Deputy Secretary Corporate Services, you will align workforce priorities with technology-led operating models and provide trusted advice on organisational performance and risk.
