Stream Services is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Support Worker for a contractor role based in Innisfail, QLD. The unit supports an outgoing NDIS participant who enjoys the outdoors, with female workers preferred.

Short drives from surrounding regions may be considered. The role operates on a 7-on/7-off roster: live with the participant for 7 days, then have 7 days off, with day and evening supports including sleepovers.
