Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Rural Generalist Nurse Practitioner – Hospital Avoidance to join our team, with location negotiable within Northern NSW LHD. This temporary part time role is 22 hours per week and offers a pro rata salary of $158,236.73–$169,429.03 per year.

You will lead innovative, patient-centred care across the Hospital Avoidance program, collaborating with referrers and community services in a hub-and-spoke model.
