The Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) invites applications for a Clinical Team Leader to guide its Aboriginal Children’s Healing Team in Chirnside Park. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise a multidisciplinary team and deliver culturally protected, trauma-informed interventions for Aboriginal children and families.
You will maintain a small caseload, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to shape high-quality practice within a supportive, culturally aligned organisation.
