RMS is seeking a Senior Implementation & Training Specialist to lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise and mid-market clients. You will run discovery workshops, manage multiple concurrent projects, configure systems, oversee data migration, and deliver tailored training onsite and remotely.

Travel to client sites is required, with collaboration across Sales, CS, Support, Product and Engineering. Flexibility for hybrid work is offered.
