You will be a key contact for participants, families and stakeholders, helping them navigate enquiries, connect with relevant information and services, and receive an inclusive, high-quality experience. - Provide clear, empathetic verbal and written communication to participants, families and stakeholders.
- Respond to walk-in, telephone and written enquiries and help participants navigate NDIS processes
- Support front-of-house operations, identify participant needs and direct enquiries to appropriate services.
- Manage multiple participant-related tasks and administrative priorities accurately.
- Maintain documentation, records and compliance with established procedures.
- Resolve routine issues using sound judgement and practical problem-solving.
- Build rapport and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders. What you will bring
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability services and barriers faced by people with disability.
- Strong customer service, communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, contemporary and respectful attitude towards people with disability.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork and practical problem-solving. Highly regarded
- Experience in participant-facing reception or front-of-house service.
- Experience supporting people with disability, First Nations peoples and culturally diverse communities.
