Marketing Coordinator – Food & Hospitality Events

We're looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help keep the marketing behind our major food and hospitality trade shows running smoothly. You'll work across exhibitor marketing, digital platforms, websites, campaign tracking and reporting. It's a hands-on role where attention to detail matters, initiative is valued and you'll build practical marketing skills while helping bring industry events to life.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate exhibitor promotions and collect marketing assets
- Coordinate marketing deliverables for sponsors and partnerships, keeping everything organised and on schedule
- Update event websites and check content, links and information
- Manage social media comments, DMs and community engagement
- Manage customer service and marketing inboxes, respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, and elevate issues when needed
- Build and deploy exhibitor prospecting eDMs and maintain data




- Manage listings across relevant websites and promotional platforms
- Set up email and SMS campaigns as needed, prepare data and maintain tracking codes
- Update campaign reports, trackers and marketing records

About you

- Experience in marketing, digital marketing or a coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with digital platforms, website CMS and spreadsheets
- Transparent communication skills and a proactive approach
- The ability to manage deadlines, spot problems and follow things through
- A willingness to learn new tools and take ownership of your work
- An interest in food, hospitality or the people and businesses that make the industry tick
