Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest, creating memorable cinema experiences from arrival through to departure.
- Proactively assist customers, respond to enquiries,



and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across cinemas, foyers, and guest facilities, ensuring every space is clean, welcoming, comfortable, and ready to deliver an outstanding cinema experience.
- Work collaboratively with others to create a positive team atmosphere
