AGL is seeking a Head of Electrification Enablement to lead the strategy and execution across Sales, Customer Support, Engineering Delivery, Operations and Improvement. You will own P&L;, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience from installation through post-sale service.

The role requires progressive leadership in operations or related fields, with a track record of scaling products, managing vendors, and driving continuous improvement through Lean/Agile methods.
