Branch Manager – Karratha (Equipment Hire)

Karratha is the heart of our operation, and we want an experienced, well-grounded leader to take it and make it their own. You'll run the workshop, the fleet and the team, with authority to make calls on the ground. You'll work closely with support from our Albany branch on fleet planning and key equipment decisions, with ongoing support and guidance when needed. Our Albany team also looks after sales & admin/invoicing, so you can focus on running a great operation.

This is a build role: our systems are still maturing and the workshop may move premises. We need someone who takes the initiative, sees what's needed and builds it. Get it right and you'll have built a branch that stands on its own, with scope to grow into the full commercial side.

Key responsibilities

Run the Karratha workshop and hire operation day to day

Drive workshop efficiency and billable hours, and keep the fleet hire-ready

Set up the systems and processes that make the branch run smoothly

Lead and develop a protected, capable, hands-on team

Know your numbers and bring the commercial picture to our weekly leadership meeting

About you

Senior experience running a workshop, depot, branch or operations team in plant hire, mining or civil

Commercially sharp: you read a P&L; and know what levers make a difference to profitability

You see what needs improving, take the initiative and put practical solutions in place without needing to be told

A track record of leading people,



including the hard conversations

You already live in Karratha and want to stay
