XENON is seeking a hands-on server hardware specialist to support customer data centres across metro and regional Victoria. You will take on site calls, triage issues, replace failed components and verify fixes to SLA.

This role requires strong hardware skills, comfort with GPU servers, and clear customer communication. You will work in a quick-paced environment with strict procedures, participate in on-call rosters if applicable, and travel to customer sites as needed.
