Leichhardt Special School is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join our team as we establish a current Queensland state special school in Ipswich, opening in 2027. You will build partnerships with families, staff and community services to support attendance, wellbeing and learning outcomes.
You will work with teachers and specialists to identify student needs, connect families with health, developmental and other services (including the NDIS), and coordinate external partnerships for school
