About the position:
Our client is seeking a Lawyer with 2 years of PAE to join their Corporate and Commercial Advisory Team on a permanent full-time basis. This team supports clients across various sectors, including SMEs, listed entities, and government bodies. The successful candidate will manage corporate and commercial transactions, provide comprehensive advice, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate and commercial transactions such as share and asset acquisitions, mergers, and capital raisings
- Conduct research and draft detailed technical advice on a variety of corporate and commercial matters
- Review and draft agreements, including shareholder, service, and joint venture agreements
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Experienced lawyer (2 years of PAE) with a focus on corporate and commercial work
- Strong technical skills with exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
