Smart Energy Group in Sydney is seeking a Rebate Recovery Officer to own outstanding rebate claims and drive timely recoveries. You will coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, IT and external parties to lodgement and reconciliation of claims using Xero, Airtable, Formbay and Salesforce.
You will follow up with installers, resolve discrepancies, obtain missing documentation and monitor aged claims, turning complex data into accurate recovery results in a growing home electrification business.
