The role

You'll help businesses across Australia get their people trained, safe and compliant. Every workplace needs first-aid-trained staff, so you're never pushing something nobody wants. Your job is to understand what each business needs and become the person they trust and keep coming back to.

You'll:

- Reach out to businesses and follow up enquiries, mostly by phone
- Understand each client's team, risks and compliance needs, then recommend the right training
- Turn conversations into confirmed bookings and build long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients
- Keep your CRM pipeline organised and work closely with our operations team so every course runs smoothly

We don't do scripts, hard closes or call volume for its own sake. Our clients book with us because they trust us, so we sell the way we'd want to be sold to: we listen, we educate and we follow through. If you've come from a high-volume, script-driven workplace and want something different,



you'll feel the difference here. If that's the style you love, this probably isn't the role for you.

What you'll get

- $68k–$85k base + super + uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $75k–$110k
- Base set by experience. New to sales? We'll invest in training you. Proven B2B sellers start on a higher base.

Backgrounds that do well here include hospitality, real estate, recruitment, fitness and allied health, and anyone who has looked after customers and loved it.
