Elanco Australia is seeking a Senior Advisor, External Innovation to enrich our R&D; pipeline by engaging external innovators, biotech startups, academia, and partners. You will identify, evaluate, and craft proposals for current assets, collaborating with R&D;, Legal, and Regulatory teams to advance opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional assessments, design experiments to validate opportunities, and manage alliance negotiations. Travel ~20–30% is expected.
