- Work alongside our management and administration teams to help coordinate jobs and keep things running smoothly.
- Respond to queries from property managers and clients regarding reports, quotes and recommended works.
- Manage workloads and ensure reports and quotes are completed within required timeframes.
What We're Looking For – Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in property compliance, estimating, trades or property maintenance would be highly regarded.
- A good understanding of electrical, gas and general property maintenance requirements, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
- Someone who can think practically, solve problems and use their initiative.
- Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence communicating with tradespeople, property managers and clients.
- A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is happy to lend a hand when needed.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work. While industry experience would be beneficial, we’re also open to someone with the right attitude and transferable skills who is keen to learn and grow with the business.
Come and join our friendly, family-owned business at Safe Inspect.
