Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer in Sydney to nurture post‑sales relationships with our largest enterprise customers. You will drive deployment, adoption, and expansion of Dynatrace products, aligning with customers’ business objectives and collaborating with account teams to support retention and growth.
You’ll troubleshoot complex configurations, deliver technical demos, and mentor other CSEs while maintaining a deep understanding of customers’ architectures and needs.
