Evolve Scientific is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for a state-of-the-art blow moulding facility in Pemulwuy, NSW. You will lead a high-volume production shift, optimise equipment performance, and ensure safety and quality across daily targets.

The role combines hands-on leadership with technical troubleshooting in a regulated manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in plastics processing, blow moulding, or related automation, with a track record of driving efficiency,
