Job Pathways is seeking an experienced R13 Manager to lead the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program across Halls Creek, Balgo, Mulan, Bililuna and Ringer Soak. The role oversees ~900 participants with a hands-on leadership approach, combining people leadership, operational oversight and contract performance.
You will report to the COO and be part of the Management Team, ensuring culturally safe services and solid local relationships across remote communities.
